Johnson & Johnson was recently recognized as one of LATINAStyle’s Top 50 companies, advancing two places to 6th place since last year, leading in the advancement of Hispanic women in healthcare, for the seventh year in a row. Ivette Perez-Franco, VP HR Global Consumer Supply Chain, accepted the award from Robert E. Bard, president and CEO of LATINAStyle, during the Luncheon Awards ceremony held in Washington, D.C. The LATINAStyle 50 Report is an annual study identifying U.S. companies that provide the best opportunities for growth and career advancement for Hispanic women through employment policies and practices.

The Johnson & Johnson Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA) was also named a Top 10 employee resource group (ERG) for their impact in career outcomes and overall diversity accomplishments through corporate leadership, mentorship, and community involvement. This is the third time HOLA has received this honor from LATINAStyle. Manuel Diaz, associate director, R&D Q&C Operations and HOLA chairman, accepted the award during the Opening Breakfast & Awards ceremony. Wanda Hope, chief diversity officer shared “we believe every experience and every point of view has value; that’s why diversity is a part of how we work at Johnson & Johnson. We know that having strategic, impactful activities from our ERGs, such as HOLA, is a key factor in helping us achieve our D&I and business goals.”
