On September 29, 2020, during HACR’s Annual Symposium, the HACR Research Institute (HRI) will be hosting “Key Findings from the 2020 HACR Corporate Inclusion Index (CII)” to highlight some of the trends that we have observed across HACR’s four pillars of economic reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance. Using data from the HACR CII, the session focuses on the challenges, opportunities, and best practices for increasing Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America. Moderated by the HRI’s very own Director of Corporate Accountability, Eric Lopez, Citigroup’s Antonio Castañon, ComcastNBCUniversal Telemundo’s Jackie Puente, and Nielsen’s Sandra Sims-Williams discuss how their companies have leveraged the HACR CII to improve their respective organizations’ diversity inclusion practices.
